Rooms are very nice for the price you pay to stay there.
I got my brother and sister-in-law a room there and it looked very nice and clean but the went to get dinner and as soon as they came back with the food the roaches came crawling out. There was an endless train of big, flying cockroaches running around on the floor. It was disgusting. There were also bed bugs. If you don't like sleeping with insects I would not recommend this inn. Rooms might be more expensive off base but at least they're somewhat cleaner. They need to do something about that infestation.

For the price the room isn’t all that bad. Not a get-away location, but if you need a cheap spot for a few nights.
To whomever reads this, please have your staff treat our service members and their family with some RESPECT and a smile. Paying customers should not feel like a burden. Especially, our military members. I have stayed at this hotel three times in the past six months and I've had the same experience with the front office staff during all my stays. It's very disappointing.
My complaint is the front office staff. Mind you, people who are staying here are either members of the military or family/friends of military members. The staff is not friendly. Every time you walk into the office they are half asleep, on their phones, or gossiping with another staff member. The customer is not their first priority and it's fairly obvious by how they treat all their guests. A simple request for another pillow seemed like the largest inconvenience to the lady working at the front desk because I interrupted her watching a television show on her phone.
Price is very cheap and rooms are decent. The beds aren't that comfortable, but for the price it's a good deal.
RUDE RUDE LADIES AT FRONT DESK Worst staff ever!!!!! Rude as hell!!!! If I could, I’d give them 0 stars, but since I have to leave a star I am leaving the 1. Room service doesn’t even do their job, had trash in my room for days and no one did anything about it. Had to get things myself.
Cheap rooms. Very spotty WiFi.
